Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to littles.one and your purchase of products or use of B2B services offered by RCRE TECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Littles.one is an online retail and wholesale platform for children's apparel, operated by RCRE TECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The platform serves both individual consumers (B2C) and registered trade partners (B2B) across India.

2. Eligibility

  • Individual users must be at least 18 years of age
  • B2B registrations must be made by authorised representatives of legally registered businesses
  • All users must provide accurate registration and order information
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion

3. Products and Descriptions

  • All product descriptions, size charts, fabric details, and images are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge
  • Actual colours may vary slightly from screen representations due to photography and display settings
  • Size charts are provided as a guide; fit may vary by style and cut
  • Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time

4. Pricing and Taxes

  • All B2C prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST
  • B2B pricing is governed by the applicable trade agreement or quotation confirmed at the time of order
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout
  • Prices are subject to change; the price at time of order confirmation is binding
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

5. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase at the listed price
  • Order confirmation upon successful payment constitutes acceptance
  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available payment options
  • B2B orders may be subject to credit terms as agreed upon in the trade partnership agreement
  • Littles does not store any payment credentials

6. B2B Terms

Registered trade partners using Littles.one for wholesale purchases agree to the following additional terms:

  • B2B pricing and minimum order quantities (MOQs) are as communicated by the Littles trade team
  • Trade partners are responsible for ensuring their resale activities comply with applicable laws
  • Littles reserves the right to withdraw B2B access for misuse, non-payment, or breach of agreed terms
  • B2B invoices are issued with applicable GST details; partners are responsible for maintaining their own tax records
  • B2B returns and exchanges are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of trade registration

7. Intellectual Property

All content on littles.one including product imagery, brand assets, logos, and website design is the property of RCRE TECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. It may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

RCRE TECH INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
