B2C orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of successful payment. B2B bulk orders may require 3 to 5 business days for processing depending on volume and availability. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the following working day.
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and delivery location and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified value as communicated on the platform. B2B shipping terms are as agreed in the trade arrangement.
All Littles orders are packed carefully to ensure garments arrive in pristine condition. Children's clothing — particularly infant wear — is wrapped in protective inner packaging before outer dispatch packaging. We aim to minimise unnecessary packaging waste.
A tracking number is shared via email and SMS upon dispatch. Real-time tracking is available through our logistics partner's website or app using the provided tracking ID.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, write to support@littles.one with your order number. We will raise a query with our logistics partner. Confirmed lost shipments will be reshipped or refunded in full.
Our logistics partners make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or an incorrect address, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping charge.
Littles.one ships across all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
